Job Summary
Hire Resolve's Client is urgently looking for an Engineering Manager to be based at a Mine in Limpopo!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all engineering functions and standards at Marula Platinum Mine
- Oversee short-, medium-, and long-term planning of engineering operations and services
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and risk management requirements
- Drive equipment performance, reliability, and professional engineering standards
- Develop engineering talent and support succession planning initiatives
- Grade 12
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- GCC Mines and Works
- 10 years appointed Engineer experience
- 3 years in an Underground Mining environment
- Valid Driver's License
- Salary: R3,5m - R4,2m CTC
- Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)
- Training & Development
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)
- Salary: negotiable.
