ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:


As our Engineering Intern, you'll be an integral part of our Sales & Engineering team, playing a key role in supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Addressing inquiries received through the engineering support platform. Identifying leads through proactive tracking of projects via our project platforms. Loading project leads on our internal CRM system. Quote generation and reporting for our Profis Engineering software. Providing customer support for software-related queries. Design support of engineering team for anchor designs, fire protection and post-installed rebar queries. Project Data quality. Construction project reporting and tracking.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering or construction management. At least 1 year of postgraduate experience in the construction industry, acquired either in a design office or on construction projects. Proficient understanding of the construction industry, encompassing the design and construction processes, along with relevant technical disciplines associated with Hilti applications/products. Analyze construction trends to provide guidance to the engineering and sales teams. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A high performer with a driven mentality towards career advancement, self-discipline, and supportive teamwork, coupled with strong ethical values.
