Job Description

The role will be essential in increasing sales, developing innovative products and solutions, and building strong client relationships. As a key member of the team, the Business Development Engineer will be responsible for creating and executing effective sales strategies. A strong drive to pursue and close new business opportunities will be vital for success in this role. Technical knowledge, especially in product design and development, will be an advantage.
Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 85% average in matric (Non-negotiable).

Experience:

• No prior work experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the companys products/services to meet or anticipate client needs.
• Prepare sales contracts in compliance with legal guidelines.
• Set goals for business growth and development, ensuring they are achieved.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and travel itineraries.
• Provide reliable feedback and offer after-sales support to clients.
• Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial success and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Reach out to potential clients to expand the network and schedule meetings (both domestic and international).
• Explore new markets and enhance sales performance.
• Develop and manage marketing initiatives.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay updated and expand networks.

• Market-related remuneration based on qualifications and experience.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
• Must be open to international travel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
