As an

Engineering Creative (Painter)

, you play a vital role in ensuring our properties deliver an experience beyond expectation, creating memorable moments for our guests.

Supports the smooth running of the property maintenance department, ensuring all painting and finishing work is maintained to the highest standards Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to painting and maintenance requests. Completes planned and reactive painting tasks in guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas Ensures surfaces, finishes and decor are well maintained and visually appealing Uses materials and equipment safely and efficiently Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders Assists with planned preventative maintenance related to painting and general upkeep

Qualifications

Proven experience in property maintenance with excellent problem-solving capabilities Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
