JOB DESCRIPTION
The Engineering Administrator's primary purpose is to provide administrative and office support to the Engineering's management team. This person must have extensive experience in a range of administrative function, and will be expected to manage a large workload.
The Engineering Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Creating Gate passes
  • Break down report
  • Fraxion order numbers
  • Internal requisitions
  • Updating of generator hours
  • Various reports
  • PPE orders
QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE
  • University degree or tertiary qualification recommended
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office - Advance Excel knowledge
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a Production and/or Fleet environment
QUALIFYING ATTRIBUTES
  • Accurate and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage demanding workload in a pressurised environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
