Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Engineering Administrator's primary purpose is to provide administrative and office support to the Engineering's management team. This person must have extensive experience in a range of administrative function, and will be expected to manage a large workload.
The Engineering Administrator will be responsible for:
- Creating Gate passes
- Break down report
- Fraxion order numbers
- Internal requisitions
- Updating of generator hours
- Various reports
- PPE orders
- University degree or tertiary qualification recommended
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office - Advance Excel knowledge
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a Production and/or Fleet environment
- Accurate and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage demanding workload in a pressurised environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
