Engineer - Water & Sanitation (Pretoria, Gauteng)

A leading engineering consultancy is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineer to join their Water & Sanitation team in Pretoria. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure projects across South Africa and beyond.
What You'll Do:
Contribute to the design and implementation of water supply systems and sanitation networks
Perform hydraulic modelling, site investigations, and feasibility studies
Prepare tender documents and monitor construction progress
Collaborate with a dynamic team and report directly to a Senior Engineer
Participate in technical research, proposal writing, and project presentations
Travel locally and into Africa as needed for project requirements
What You'll Need:
BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering and ECSA candidate registration (or willingness to register)
2-3 years post-graduate experience in water and sanitation design
Proficiency in hydraulic design, AutoCAD, Civil3D, and modelling tools like EPANET, WaterCAD or SewerGEMS
Strong analytical, communication, and project reporting skills
A proactive mindset with the desire to achieve professional registration and grow your career
