Purpose of the Job

We have an exciting fixed-term contract opportunity for a student to be available from 15 Jan 2024 for 3 weeks. We are looking for an Engineering student, second to final year.

The purpose of the Engineering Administrator role is to provide administrative and organizational support to the Group Engineering Team, ensuring they are fully supported and enabled to deliver on the Agencyxe2x80x99s strategic objectives. The role is highly collaborative, partnering with team members to understand their needs to deliver the right solutions, while acting as a trusted partner. This role further serves as the face of administration services to internal stakeholders.

Job Objectives

• Report to the Project Engineer and execute prescribe tasks.

• Design data capturing forms and techniques.

• Administrate and coordinate the completion of data capturing from intended sources.

• Systematic documentation of captured data.

• Process documents including preparing reports, templates, presentations, meeting agenda and packs, follow up on deadlines for document submissions and file and store records and data.

• Proactively work to support the team in the achievement of their strategic goals.

• Information and process management: document, develop and organise departmental processes and organise information.

• Grade 12 certificate - (essential).

• BEng Undergraduate student - (essential)

• We are looking for an Engineering student, second to final year.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook - (essential).
