Description
We are looking for a talented ENGINE DISMANTLER to join our team specializing in MANUFACTURING for our DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS SEGMENT in JOHANNESBURG, GAUTENG, SOUTH AFRICA.
In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways:
- Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE),Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards. Report any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard, Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations. Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Perform the activities expected by their roles in accordance with defined roles and duties and demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve quality, safety, process and employee development.
- Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping tasks and other activities watching over company resources.
- Works with peers and all levels of the organization to maintain process performance. Teamwork
- Follows all applicable standard work, process documentation, policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:
- Health and Safety Fundamentals
- Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- Performs quality inspections.
- Drives results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.
