Profile for Success:
- Evidence of Impact: A proven track record (5-7 years) in management consulting or project finance, specifically leading workstreams that involve financial modeling and infrastructure structuring.
- Quantitative Mastery: Exceptional Excel capabilities with the ability to "work backwards" from a client's desired outcome to build a robust calculation engine.
- Academic Foundation: A degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or Economics (Post-graduate qualification preferred).
- Stakeholder Navigation: Demonstrated experience managing complex relationships across the public and private sectors.
- Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional or geographically dispersed teams in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
