We are looking for a
mature, reliable, and experienced Supervisor
to join our growing businessimmediately
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inwelding, panelbeating, and steel fabrication
, with the leadership skills to guide and motivate a production teams in a high-pressure environment.Minimum Requirements:
Age:
35 to 60 years
At least10 years of hands-on experience
in: Welding Panelbeating Steel fabrication Strongsupervisory and delegation skills
Fluent inEnglish
(required);Afrikaans
andZulu
are advantageous Excellentcommunication and people management
abilities Must bereliable
,hardworking
, andable to work under pressure
A validdriver's licence
