Employment Law Legal Practitioner
Job Description
PH Attorneys is looking for a legal practitioner with wide and solid employment law legal experience to appoint in its Dispute Resolution Practice Group. The ideal candidate should be an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with at least 5 years post admission minimum experience as an employment law legal practitioner in areas such as labour and employment law. Qualifications & experience:
Must have at least an LL.B degree. A postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.
Be an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Be in good standing with the Legal Practice Council of South Africa.
Have at least 5 years post article experience as an employment law legal practitioner at a law firm, CCMA or Labour Court.
Language ability is vital as we will need to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong work ethic and high standards for work quality and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines.
Computer literate and able to use videoconferencing platforms such as Google Meet, MS Teams etc.
Well organized and administratively strong.
