Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is urgently looking for an experienced

Advanced Life Support Practitioner (ALS) / Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP)

.This is an opportunity to work

part-time shifts

at a private emergency services facility in

KATHU

in

Northern Cape

province.

Minimum Requirements



Advanced Life Support Practitioner (CCA, Ndip) or other relevant qualification is essential Professional registration with HPCSA as an ALS/Paramedic or Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP) A valid drivers' license (including a Public Drivers Permit - PrDP) Proven operational experience as a Paramedic or newly qualified Paramedic - 1 year's ALS operational experience will be advantageous Sound knowledge of the EMS environment Knowledge and application of HPCSA guidelines and scope of practice Working knowledge and experience of Patient Report Forms Upholds high ethical and professional standards Responds constructively to pressure and perseveres through challenges Collaborates with and supports colleagues in order to achieve shared goals Reaches sound decisions through the evaluation of relevant information Strives to identify and deliver on patient's needs and continuously focus on the patient experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Duties and Responsibilities



Oversees and ensures operational readiness for emergency calls Administers patient care in line with scope of practice Liaison with trauma staff and doctors * Provides basic shift administration services
