JOB TITLE: EMEA Programme Manager

REPORTING INTO: EMEA Programme Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The EMEA Programme Manager will work within the facilities management function of one of JLLxe2x80x99s key Client portfolios. Working directly with the EMEA Programme Lead, the EMEA Programme Manager will be a central point of contact and responsible for leading, owning and supporting programs within EMEA and support Global Programs for Regional implementation and alignment.

The EMEA Programme Manager will support EMEA , change management programmes across the account. Always ensuring that we are doing the right thing at the right time, achieving the highest standards and collaborating with the correct people to guarantee exceptional service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hold Operational understanding of the service level agreements outlined in the master service agreement ensuring service delivery across the EMEA portfolio.

Support the EMEA Programme Lead and Senior leadership driving Governance, Compliance and Reporting.

Support our client in all worker compliance programmes and audits.

Promote a high level of satisfaction among client users reinforcing this on an EMEA wide basis with prompt response and customer service focused delivery.

Drive initiatives to promote efficiencies across our service lines, customer service excellence and aligned delivery across all service lines.

Support business improvement and change management programmes across the account.

Communicate with all stakeholders in an open, honest, transparent manner with tailored messaging to be audience specific adapting to needs.

Support in driving regional consistency across the account e.g. in reporting, standard operating procedures and systems.

ABOUT YOU:

You have proven experience in related role, in particular with an operations focus in a Facilities Management environment

You have a track record of effectively managing projects, prorgams and developing initiatives

You have communication and interpersonal skills and proven capabilities to effectively represent businesses and drive decisions

You have experience with enabling technologies as they relate to the services and generally technology xe2x80x98savvyxe2x80x99

You work collaboratively as part of a team to solve problems with professionalism and service focused approach

You are proficient with computer equipment and programs (Word, Excel , Outlook and other), and have a keen interest in technology

You have expansive communication skills, including presentation and negotiation skills

You are adept at multitasking and are able to manage multiple projects effectively

You comfortable network at all levels within the organization

You are adaptable to work to requests and projects that may vary from day to day changing to meet business requirements is a perquisite for this role

You strive for excellence in what you do and share ideas for improvement.

You are great at reprioritzing, displaying initiative and looking around corners to anticipate potential risks
