Ignite Visibility, a top-rated US-based digital marketing agency, is looking for an experienced

Email Marketing Designer

with 4-5 years of proven expertise in email design, production, and deployment. This is a key role where you'll transform creative assets into high-performing, visually compelling campaigns for global brands.



What You'll Do


Convert approved design mockups and assets into

responsive HTML email campaigns

. Build campaigns within Email Service Provider (ESP) template editors and design supporting images. Import and QA coded emails, ensuring flawless rendering across devices and clients. Collaborate with account managers and clients on live testing, revisions, and approvals. Manage campaign workflows--segmentation, list setup, automations, re-sends, and deployment. Troubleshoot and optimize templates for responsiveness, mobile rendering, and accessibility. Support ongoing template development and modular coding for scalability.




What We're Looking For

4-5 years of hands-on experience

in email design, HTML/CSS coding, and production. Ability to work U.S. business hours Proficiency with multiple ESPs, including: + Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, SFMC (ExactTarget), Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign, My Emma, Selligent.
Strong eye for design, typography, and layout with

attention to detail and QA accuracy

. Experience creating responsive, mobile-optimized, and accessible emails. Ability to manage multiple projects with speed, precision, and organization. Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
