This role is responsible for building, executing, and optimising email marketing that drives engagement, conversion, and repeat purchases across our customer base. Email is a core revenue channel in our business, not a support function, and this role plays a direct part in brand growth.
You will work closely with our founder, eCommerce & creative team to deliver high- impact campaigns aligned to commercial goals, launches, and seasonal moments.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing Ownership:
Own the end- to- end marketing strategy, creative, execution, and optimisation using Klaviyo
Build, manage, and optimise automated flows including:
Welcome Series
Abandoned Cart and Browse Abandonment
Post- Purchase and Retention
Win- Back and Re- engagement
Loyalty and VIP flows
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Plan, execute, and analyse campaign- based email sends for:
Product launches
Prmotions and sales
Seasonal and cultural moments
Ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand tone, visual identity, and business objectives
Create graphics for email marketing campaigns
Segmentation, Performance and Optimisation:
Segment audiences using behavioural, transactional, and demographic data
Continuously optimise subject lines, copy, send timing, and cadence
Track and improve open rates, click- through rates, conversion, and revenue contribution
Testing, Reporting and Channel Health:
Run A/B tests across flows and campaigns to drive continuous improvement
Monitor deliverability, compliance, and list health including opt- ins, unsubscribes, and spam prevention
Track, analyse, and report on key KPIs including revenue contribution, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and churn and retention
Collaboration:
Work closely with the team to produce high- converting content
Contribute insights and recommendations based on performance data
Take ownership of outcomes including success, learnings, and improvements
Requirements:
Must- Haves:
2+ Years' experience managing email marketing in an eCommerce environment
Proven experience driving revenue through lifecycle and retention marketing
Hands- on Klaviyo experience, this is non- negotiable
Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and automation logic
Solid analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
Strong copywriting skills
Comfortable working in a fast- paced, performance- driven environment
Nice to Have:
Experience working in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
Experience collaborating closely with creative teams
Experience using Photoshop
