Are you an expert at making sure emails land in inboxes, not spam? We're seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Email Deliverability & Inboxing Specialist to own the strategy and execution of our delivery performance across all campaigns. Combining technical mastery with marketing insight, you'll lead testing, optimization, and troubleshooting to maximize inbox placement.

What You'll Own

Full responsibility for improving company-wide email inboxing and sender reputation. Manage and execute deliverability testing to diagnose and resolve issues quickly. Optimize email copy and campaign elements (subject lines, content, CTAs) for better engagement and deliverability. Monitor key email metrics -- bounce rates, spam complaints, open/click rates -- and act decisively to improve them. Manage list hygiene and compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and anti-spam regulations. Configure, audit, and optimize email authentication protocols including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Collaborate with ESPs (Email Service Providers). Use basic coding skills (HTML/CSS) to troubleshoot and improve email template rendering and integration on websites. Advise marketing and sales teams on deliverability best practices, segmenting audiences, and send timing strategies.

What You Bring

Proven experience owning email deliverability with a results focus. Deep technical knowledge of email infrastructure, authentication, and ISP filtering. Skilled in testing tools and analytics for inbox placement and sender reputation monitoring. Proficiency with major ESP platforms, plus ability to work with APIs and basic web coding for email templates. Sharp copywriting insight to suggest improvements that boost deliverability and engagement. Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret complex data and implement improvements. Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments.
