Communica is hiring! We have an exciting Electronic Sales position available for someone who is passionate about electronics and eager to be part of a diverse, dynamic team.
Certifications
Matric Certificate Electronic Certifications is advantageous.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1-2 years of experience in an electronic retailer or customer service role. Previous experience in an electronic retail sales environment Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers professionally and effectively.
Basic knowledge of electronics products is preferred is a MUST.
Ability to upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs. Basic computer literacy for managing sales transactions and reporting. Must be familiar with coding and robotics, including IOT products.Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
Samrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Electronics: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
