ELECTRONIC ENGINEER/ SYSTEM ENGINEER: AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRONIC DESIGN
Pretoria- East
Electrical / electronic design activities on vehicles and the responsibility to manage external suppliers and subcontractors
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate Degree in Electronic Engineering, or
B-Tech Degree in Electrical/electronic Engineering
SOFTWARE CAPABILITY
Ideally not essential: Unigraphics or other CAD experience & Siemens Team centre 11 or relevant PDM system
EXPERIENCE
- 4 6 years relative Electrical Engineering experience in an Automotive field.
- Previous experience in the military vehicle environment advantageous.
- Electrical design aspecs of vehicles/ automotive
- Project engineering
- Electrical / Electronic system engineering.
- Electrical Design and Development partner management.
- Design implementation and qualification, usually up to manufacturing Baseline.
- Resolution of problematic fielded systems (local and international)
- Responsible for all electrical design, development, simulation and testing
