JOB SPEC: ELECTRICIAN WITH WIREMANS LICENSE (prefered). MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDING/CONSTRUCTION SITE. NEW BUILDS.

Location: Broederstroom, North West (MUST already reside in or very close to site) If you do not stay in the area DO NOT apply as your CV will not be looked at. We do not have time for relocation or for applicants to still look for accommodation.

We are seeking an

Electrician

with hands-on experience in

new residential builds

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in new residential homes Interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics Ensure compliance with SANS and all relevant electrical codes Perform electrical inspections and quality assurance checks Work collaboratively with other trades and project managers on-site Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently

Requirements:

Valid Trade Certificate (Electrician - Red Seal) Minimum 3 years' experience in

residential construction

, specifically new builds Wireman's License (advantageous) Driver's license and own transport preferable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
