PG Bison Ugie Board Plant is looking for a dynamic and innovative

Electrician

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and within a team environment, possess basic PLC, SCADA (Allen Bradley and Siemens) and frequency drive (Allen Bradley and SEW) knowledge, as well as have the competency to conduct electrical inspections, repairs, installations and issue CoCs. The successful individual needs to possess a good understanding of processes, be committed to the comapny's vision, values and core philosophies, be computer literate, and have exceptional interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent Minimum N3 Electrical Engineering qualification Recognized Electrical Trade Test Wireman's Licence will be advantageous Minimum 5 years' post Trade Test experience as an Electrician Manufacturing environment experience would be advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:


Maintenance on all electrical equipment Fault finding and repair on all electrical equipment Perform changes to base documentation i.e. Manuals, P&ID and all
instrumentation drawings
Identify and inform Team Leader of any health or safety hazards in the
plant
Perform shift duty on the plant if required Maintain OHASA standards and ensure high levels of housekeeping Perform after-hour standby duty on the plant
