Job Description

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our client's team in the Seafood Wholesales industry. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in our seafood processing facility. This includes wiring, lighting, machinery, and other electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Safety Checks
• Circuit and system measure and analysis
• Control system design and construction
• Faultfinding on electrical and electro-mechanical systems
• Servicing of equipment
• Wiring for power and control circuits
• Waterproofing of electrical equipment
• Wiring of premises
• Breakdown repairs
• Detailed feedback on work done, failures, materials used, time used
• System improvement plans & recommendations

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician and at least N5 certificate
• Experience working in FMCG plants with refrigeration equipment as well.
• Experience working with electronic grading systems
• Experience working on refrigeration plant and equipment control systems
• PLC programming experience
• Candidates should have own transport.
• Experience in HT switching would be advantageous.
• Root cause analysis (5 Whyxe2x80x99s etc.)
• Structured problem solving
• Experience with Variable speed drives.
• Team work
• Good communicator
