Job Description
Job Summary What you'll be doing
- Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, including pumps and related systems
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems in line with company and industry standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns to minimise downtime
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets while maintaining high safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Grade 12 certificate
- Section 13 Trade Certificate (mandatory)
- Minimum 3-4 years' post-trade experience in the electrical field
- Experience with pumps and industrial electrical systems
- Plant or mining experience is highly beneficial
- Own transport and a valid driver's license
- References from previous employers
- Clear criminal record and medically fit
- Professional growth within a leading chrome beneficiation plant
- Hands-on experience in operational and plant-based roles
- Opportunity to develop a long-term career in a dynamic mining environment
- Competitive salary: R35 000 - R40 000 CTC per month
- Role based at Mooinooi Plant, Rustenburg, North West
- Candidates will undergo pre-employment checks, including reference verification, criminal record screening, and medical fitness assessment
