WE'RE HIRING | CONTRACT ELECTRICIAN WANTED
Top Building (Pty) Limited is a fast-growing property
maintenance company based in Pretoria, proudly servicing major clients
in the insurance, banking, and manufacturing sectors.
We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with project teams on construction and maintenance projects.
- Provide preventative maintenance to minimize system downtime.
- Accurately document work performed and maintain job records.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid driver's license
- At least 3 years of hands-on electrician experience
- Males between 20-40 years of age
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Trade Test Certificate (Electrician) or equivalent qualification.
- Sound knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
