A South African sustainable power solutions provider is hiring Electricians and Assistant Electricians in multiple provinces to help with technical support and installation troubleshooting.

NDC Personnel & Contractors is looking for sparkies with an N3 qualification in Engineering Studies or something similar, plus a Trade Test or apprenticeship experience. Its even better if youve worked as a maintenance electrician for 3 to 10 years, especially with solar systems. Having a 3-phase Wiremans License is a bonus, and we appreciate Electricians with leadership skills.

Your role involves troubleshooting, technical support, and installations, supporting the engineering team in project completion and quality assurance. You'll work on electrical systems up to 480Vac and 1500Vdc, assist with site inspections, and collaborate with sub-contractors for installations. Maintaining existing systems and occasionally setting up equipment in a factory are part of your tasks. Youll also conduct quality checks, assist customers and sub-contractors with technical issues, and be available for call-outs, including emergencies.

Attention to detail is vital for precise wiring and code compliance, but we also value efficiency to meet production schedules. Your ability to read and interpret technical diagrams is valuable for understanding complex control systems and components.
