Our client is looking for an experienced Electrician for a year fixed term contract to join their friendly team in Cato Ridge.

Job Spec

Responsible for facilities and equipment's used to produce and run to their maximum efficiency and output.
This includes preventive maintenance, managing breakdowns of electro-mechanical, electronic and robotic systems (including software programming).
Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and pro-active, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure.
Responsible for planned maintenance work scheduled and unscheduled and timely completion of work carried out.
Increase plant operational effectiveness, reduction of mean time between failures and downtime.
Must be able to respond to calls 24/7 for relevant matters that impact production.
Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site.
Ensure routine maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automation/programming systems are done
Perform root cause analysis and propose/resolve problems.
Identify improvement opportunities.
Provide technical expertise to the team.
