Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technician to join our company. The technician will be responsible for planning, installing, repairing, maintaining and optimizing electrical systems and programmable logic controllers (PLC's) in an agricultural setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including solar systems, PLC's, VSD's and irrigation controllers. PLC programming to ensure efficient and reliable operation of automated systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and PLC-related issues. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local and national electrical codes and regulations. Maintain accurate records of all work performed. Communicate effectively with customers and other team members.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Relevant technical qualification Proven experience Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations Ability to use electrical testing equipment and hand tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication, attention to detail and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Valid driver's license

Pay: R25000,00 - R40000,00 per month
