Our client, a well-established construction company, is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to join their team on a major Windfarm Project in the Northern Cape.
In this role, youll be hands-on in managing daily operations from creating work schedules and overseeing electricians on-site, to troubleshooting system issues and ensuring smooth operation of electrical equipment. Youll also play a key part in maintaining and repairing site equipment while keeping safety, compliance, and technical standards at the highest level.

Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor in the construction sector, with strong exposure to electrical works and wind farm projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook).
Solid understanding of the OHS Act and relevant Construction Regulations.
Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
Strong familiarity with electrical and safety codes.
