Electrical Sales Manager (drives Specialist)

Job Description
Job Summary Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in Drives technology to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the mining and cement sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by promoting our Drives solutions.
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments, leveraging insights to drive business success.
- Valid Electrical/Electronic or Marketing Qualification.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Development within the mining or cement industries, with a focus on Drives technology.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a deep understanding of LV, MV, DC Drives & Controllers, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel extensively outside of South Africa as required.
