Job Summary
Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Specialist
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Salary: R330,000 per annum

Reporting to: Electrical Maintenance Coordinator
Hire Resolves Client is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to support and enhance production efficiency through effective electrical and electrotechnical maintenance. This role is pivotal in minimizing downtime, ensuring safety, and maintaining high production quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct corrective and extraordinary electrical/electrotechnical maintenance to restore equipment functionality with minimal production impact.
• Execute scheduled maintenance tasks in line with the maintenance management system.
• Support the commissioning of new technologies and production equipment.
• Propose and implement approved improvement actions on production lines.
• Ensure accurate management and recording of spare parts usage.
• Document daily maintenance tasks and update records in the management system

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of production systems, machinery, and operational processes.
• Proven experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, including PLCs and basic programming.
• Proficiency in reading and diagnosing electrical schematics.
• Technical training in electrical/electronic disciplines.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Knowledge and application of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Excellent manual dexterity.
