Collaborate closely with clients to optimize the allocation of design resources and the effective assignment of engineering tasks
Provide insightful guidance to design engineers regarding technical aspects, ensuring strict adherence to established standards
Take command of project timelines, communicate instances of non-compliance, and champion the preservation of technical integrity
Demonstrate specialized proficiency in Electrical Wiring Design, spanning 2D, 3D, and Schematics, in addition to Control Module Integration
Lead thorough internal and external design evaluations to ensure both resilience and compliance
Apply expertise in CAD Design, including 3D Modeling, 2D Drawing creation, and meticulous maintenance of Bill of Materials within the customer's PDM system
Support production for bespoke engineering requests by overseeing design projects of varying durations, prioritizing short-term initiatives, and managing administrative responsibilities

Skills & Experience:
10-15 years of engineering design experience
Previous experience should emphasize familiarity and proficiency in wiring design and controller integration
Demonstrate availability for international travel as dictated by specific project requirements

Qualification:
BEng/BSc/BTech in Electrical Engineering
South African Citizenship
