Job Summary An opportunity for an experienced ELECTRICAL FOREMAN (MANUFACTURING PLANT) is required to supervise electrical teams in an industrial manufacturing environment. Permanent employment based in Mpumalanga (Manufacturing Industrial Region). DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: o Lead electrical maintenance team, coordinate work priorities o Maintenance, fault-finding, and supervision of electrical systems across presses, dryers, flakers, conveyors, sanders, melamine lines, and utilities. o Strong experience with motors, MCCs, VSDs, PLC panels, industrial controls, and manufacturing environments. o Ensure safe execution of electrical tasks across presses, dryers, utilities o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to electricians o Plan breakdown responses, sequencing and workmanship quality control o Conduct inspections and enforce safety procedures EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: o Electrician qualification (Red Seal desired) o Proven supervisory experience in industrial maintenance o Advanced knowledge of industrial control systems o Strong leadership and communication skills o Safety compliance and team coordination o Traceable & contactable references o Local residency or relocation required o Submit CV (Word / PDF) Ref # (TRG 2441).
