Job Advert Summary
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Electrical & Scales department to ensure the smooth running of the Mafikeng Processing Plant Operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining high-quality workmanship across all tasks.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate National Diploma/ Electrician Trade Certificate Management or Supervisory qualification/s 4-5 years managerial experience HACCP Knowledge
Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule and Planning of maintenance work to be performed Compiling periodic breakdown reports Liaise with Management on prevention of reoccurrence of breakdowns Liaise with Maintenance Planner to ensure availability of spares Analyse and ascertain the root-cause-analysis of breakdowns Manage the critical spares requirements for all equipment Assess machinery & equipment break down and required spares Management of personnel/ human resources (artisans, machine minders and scale technicians on site) Manage Electricity consumption. Responsible for maintaining all boreholes Future planning and upgrades regarding refrigeration, production machinery and switchgear Drive HACCP system for Maintenance team. Manage the critical spares requirements for all equipment * Evaluate efficiency of electrical machineries.
