Electrical Engineering Manager

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technical staff
- Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for multiple projects
- Provide mentorship and professional development for team members
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders on project delivery
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports, and specifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional registration (Pr Eng)
- Experience in electrical engineering design, project management, or leadership
- Strong knowledge of HV, MV, and LV electrical systems and power distribution
- Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, and team management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
