Job Description

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join their multi-disciplinary engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various engineering tasks, such as calculations, system design, and collaborating with technicians and programmers to address emerging issues. You will also be involved in research and analysis to create new products, improve existing systems, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engineering plans according to industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize electrical systems
• Perform calculations and simulations to ensure system performance and safety
• Research and analyze manufacturing processes and trends to drive innovation
• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation
• Support project management and ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions
• Continuously learn and stay updated with new technologies and industry advancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Pr Eng license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Experience in multi-disciplinary engineering projects is a plus
