Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

1. Professional Engineering Technologist or Technician (ECSA).

2. Degree in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current) or equivalent (NQF7+).

3. Good understanding of electrical engineering Planning and design fundamentals.

4. Valid code B driver's license or above.

5. Three years + experience post qualification in Electrical field.

6. Experience in performing Electrification design.

7. Experience in Project Management.

8. Experience in performing Electrical building design.

9. Comprehensive knowledge on Occupational Health and Safety Act and its Regulations.

Duties:

1. Electrical building design.

2. Area light design.

3. Substation design.

4. Perform network studies on LV, MV and High Voltage network.

5. Making use of drawing and design software programmes such as AUTO CAD, RETIC MASTER, POWER MASTER, CADDIE, ACTCAD, etc.

6. Project Management.

7. Protection grading.

8. Pricing estimates.

9. Contract management: FIDIC, NEC, GCC and JBCC.

Job Types: Full-time, Graduate

Pay: R20000,00 - R55000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Middelburg, Mpumalanga (Steve Tshwete): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
