Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the electrical components of solar PV installations.
Ensure that all electrical work aligns with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Perform on-site inspections and resolve electrical issues that arise during installation and commissioning.
Work closely with contractors, Engineers, and Project Managers to maintain timelines and deliverables.
Compile and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and as-built drawings.

Requirements:

BTech or BEng in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years' experience on utility-scale solar PV or similar electrical infrastructure projects.
Preferably has worked on a utility site and is familiar with method statements, Quality Control Plans (QCPs), and construction documentation processes.
Strong understanding of electrical design, installation, and commissioning practices.
Ability to work on-site in George for the duration of the project.
Experience with MV/HV systems will be advantageous.
