Job Description

We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Cape Town
Role: Electrical Engineer
Industry: Consulting Engineering/Energy
Level: Senior (10+ years experience)
Key Requirements:

B.Eng degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
Professional registration (Pr. Eng) with ECSA preferred or eligible within one year
10+ years of relevant post-degree experience
Knowledge of South African working conditions including SANS 10142 and 10400-XA
High level computer skills: AutoCAD, Helioscope, ReticMaster, DIALux, Relux
Experience in AutoCAD/REVIT and MS Project scheduling software
Proven ability to execute designs and manage small to medium projects
Experience in electrical and electronic building services design
Knowledge of renewable energy designs (solar PV, BESS) advantageous
Medical facilities design experience advantageous

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Client-focused approach with relationship building skills
Diligent and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
High attention to detail and design accuracy
