Job Summary
Are you ready to elevate your career in electrical design within the built environment? An established, multidisciplinary consulting engineering firm is looking for a motivated Electrical Design Technologist/Engineer to join their growing team of industry professionals in Cape Town. This is your opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting building services projects - from concept to completion.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting lead engineers and design teams in delivering top-tier building services designs
Preparing detailed technical documentation, specifications, and bills of quantities
Overseeing site assessments, surveys, and contract supervision
Producing technical reports and compiling tender/contract documentation
Liaising with clients, internal staff, and project teams from inception through to handover
What You Need:
BTech or BEng in Electrical Engineering
2-3 years' experience in consulting engineering
Strong background in building services project work
Revit modelling experience is highly advantageous
Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans
