Electrical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts for industrial systems
Create detailed documentation including BOMs, cable schedules, and technical drawings
Select appropriate electrical components in line with project specifications and industry standards
Work closely with project managers, mechanical engineers, and clients to ensure design intent is achieved
Support installation and commissioning phases with technical expertise
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety requirements

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in electrical design, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Proficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical)
Strong understanding of control systems, PLCs, and industrial automation principles
Ability to interpret technical specifications and client requirements
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
