Electrical Design Engineer (industrial & Infrastructure Engineering)
Job Description
Requirements:
MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
Graduate / 01 years experience (internships & research count)
Strong fundamentals in power systems, control, and protection
Power BI required
Exposure to Python / MATLAB and data analytics
Strong communication and technical reporting skills
Key Focus Areas:
Electrical system design (power distribution, control panels, instrumentation)
Electrical drawings (schematics, SLDs, layouts)
Load calculations, cable sizing, protection studies
Power BI dashboards and data visualisation
Electrical performance analysis and reporting
AI / data analytics applied to engineering datasets
Compliance with SANS & IEC standards
Cross-disciplinary collaboration and project support
