Job Title: E-Plan Design Engineer (6-Month Contract)
Location: Cape Town, South Africa - Northern Suburbs
Gross Salary: R35 000 per month
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-Plan Design Engineer to join our team on a 6-month contract based in Cape Town. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated engineer with a solid background in electrical design using E-Plan software, and 2 to 4 years of industry experience in either a manufacturing or consulting environment.
Minimum Requirements:

• South African Citizen
• BTech or BEng Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2 to 4 years total industry experience
• At least 1 to 2 years hands-on experience with E-Plan software for electrical design
• Experience in Manufacturing or Consulting Engineering environments
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and standards
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with project teams

• Develop, update, and maintain electrical schematics and panel layouts using E-Plan
• Collaborate with project and production teams to ensure designs meet operational and compliance standards
• Modify and revise existing designs based on project changes or updates
• Ensure all documentation and drawings are accurate and up to date
• Assist in troubleshooting design issues and providing technical support during installation or commissioning phases
• Adhere to project deadlines and maintain design quality across deliverables

• Ability to work on multiple projects within a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
