Job Description

Develop electrical building services specifications and designs based on client needs and standards
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure feasibility and meet project requirements
Utilize CAD software and engineering tools for design refinement and create 3D models using CAD, Revit, and BIM software
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new techniques
Maintain project documentation, including reports and specifications
Ensure projects comply with regulations and safety standards
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams for timely, budget-conscious, and quality project completion
Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities, making recommendations to senior management
Conduct regular project meetings and provide guidance to team members, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and changes in milestones

Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 10 years' engineering experience required
Minimum 5 years post-professional registration should involve domestic/low voltage design, including Construction Management
Robust technical expertise in engineering design and construction
Strong technical background in Electrical Building Services engineering
Good working knowledge of construction implementation processes and standards as well as project management principles
Proficiency in industry-specific software or tools including ACAD, BIM and/or Revit is required

Qualification:
BSc, BEng, or BTech degree in Electrical Engineering
Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer
