Job Summary QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Matric with Mathematics and English Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role with construction, building, electrical or plumbing background Project management and financial planning experience Computer Literate in MS Word and Excel SKILLS: Effective verbal and written communication skills and local language an advantage Managing a team Understanding risk and safety protocols of working on a mining site ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervising two building teams in the community surrounding the mine Managing their timesheets and wages Forecasting and budgeting for building materials required Purchasing of building material, stock keeping, allocating to houses Allocating building materials per house Reporting on before and after, as well as costs, material used etc. Overseeing maintenance at the mine Assisting the Stakeholder Affairs Manager with events in the community, transporting goods, setting up, taking down Posting advertisements in the community Collecting items required for the mine in town Ad hoc projects as required
