2 years Manufacturing environment as Technician or Artisan
Exp in Textile Industry (advantage)
Lean Manufacturing Principles
Computer aided design (Cad. AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
Excel Super user
Assist the maintenance teams to perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repair of production machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning when required.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation issues, and take corrective actions.
Record maintenance logs and report issues to the management or operations team.
Production support
Process Improvement
Quality Control & Testing - knowledge of quality assurance
Safety Compliance
Reporting & Data Analysis
Inventory management
Energy management
Able to apply mechanical and industrial engineering concepts to the textile industry.
Process optimization and cost reduction strategies.
