As a Junior Education Sales Consultant focusing on the corporate market, you will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and closing sales opportunities with corporate clients. You will work closely with experienced educational experts to customize our solutions to meet the unique needs of our corporate partners. Your mission will be to establish relationships, drive revenue growth, and contribute to our organization's success in the corporate education sector.
A high school diploma or equivalent
A desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
Previous sales experience essential
Experience within the education industry is an advantage
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
Vehicle and driver's license due to the nature of the post
Market Research and Prospecting:
Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and industry trends.
Develop and maintain a prospect list.
Initiate contact with corporate decision-makers through various means, such as cold calls, emails, and networking events.
Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce development needs.
Assist in conducting needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities.
Work with education experts to tailor educational solutions to align with the client's specific needs.
Assist in creating proposals and presentations that showcase the value of our offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within corporate accounts.
Learn to foster long-term partnerships by understanding the client's goals and objectives.
Provide support in managing the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Learn to accurately forecast sales revenue and provide regular reports to management.
Stay updated on our educational products and services, as well as industry trends.
Develop the ability to communicate product features and benefits effectively to clients.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
