A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Contact Centre Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Coaching, supervising, and coordinating the daily sales activities of the team to exceed set sales targets.
Monitoring and motivating direct reports to achieve agreed-upon sales budgets.
Ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service at all times.
Efficiently handling sales-related administration tasks with accuracy.
Demonstrating extensive product knowledge and assisting the team in its application.
Utilizing ICAS and CRM systems effectively and accurately.
Monitoring and reporting on daily sales activities against sales revenue targets.
Managing a team of sales consultants.
Continuously enhancing product knowledge and systems usage within the team.
