We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Contact Centre Agent to join our team in Durban. As a Contact Centre Agent, your primary responsibility will be engaging with prospective customers, promoting and selling our products while striving to meet set targets and uphold quality standards per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Matric (High School Diploma)
1-2 years of Contact Centre sales experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Sales Excellence: Demonstrate proficiency in selling our products and services by identifying and addressing prospective customers' needs, leading to successful sales and meeting profit objectives.
Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and surpass established sales targets and performance metrics while cultivating strong client relationships.
Effective Communication: Engage in cold and warm interactions with prospective customers, ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Client Services: Deliver exceptional service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
General Administration: Maintain accurate records, including student information, telephone logs, and student feedback, to support efficient operations.
Appointment Tracking: Monitor and document all appointments, sales transactions, and complaints, and prepare status reports for review.
