Job Title: FET Phase Educator - Technical Mathematics, Electrical & Mechanical Technology (Grades 10-12)

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable FET Phase Educator to join our innovative team, specializing in Technical Mathematics, Electrical Technology, and Mechanical Technology for Grades 10-12. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technical education, committed to learner success, and capable of delivering CAPS-aligned instruction that bridges theory and practical application.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons in: Technical Mathematics (Grades 10-12) Electrical Technology (Grades 10-12) Mechanical Technology (Grades 10-12) Develop and moderate assessments, projects, and practical tasks in line with DBE and school standards. Maintain accurate records of learner progress, interventions, and assessment data. Integrate safety protocols and workshop best practices into practical sessions. Support learners with differentiated instruction and remedial strategies. Participate in subject moderation, curriculum planning, and departmental meetings. Contribute to school events, exhibitions, and technical showcases. Uphold professional ethics and maintain a positive classroom environment.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Education (FET Phase) or equivalent qualification with specialization in Technical Mathematics and Technology subjects. SACE registration (or eligibility to register). Proven experience teaching Grades 10-12 in one or more of the listed subjects. Strong command of CAPS curriculum and assessment standards. Competency in workshop safety, electrical/mechanical tools, and practical demonstrations.
