Your expertise in recruitment will help drive the mission of providing high-quality educational staff to enhance student learning and outcomes.As an Education Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing suitable candidates into various education roles. You will work closely with schools to understand their needs and ensure a strong match with our candidates, fostering relationships that inspire trust and long-term collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Source, screen, and interview candidates for various educational roles, including teachers, teaching assistants, and administrative staff.Build and maintain relationships with client schools, understanding their unique needs and creating tailored recruitment solutions.Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking opportunities, to attract top talent.Conduct thorough reference checks and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards.Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.Collaborate with the recruitment team to share insights and develop effective strategies for candidate sourcing.RequirementsEssential Qualities:Proven experience in recruitment and/or the education sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.A strong understanding of the education sector and related compliance requirements.Prior Experience:Experience using recruitment software or applicant tracking systems is preferred.A background in education, teaching, or a related field is an advantage, but not essential.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual looking to make a positive impact in the education sector by connecting talented educators with schools where they can thrive.
